Winter readiness helps keep your home and properties warm during colder and wet weather and also helps to save you money long-term, and protects your investment for future generations:

  • Clean & treat decking

  • Check exterior for rot and replace, scrape chipping wood, prime & paint

  • Check & clean or replace monthly - filters - furnace, hvac, dishwasher, fridge

  • Check for drafts around baseboards, outlets, doors & windows, etc.

  • Caulk or fill any exterior cracks

  • Seal gaps where critters could enter

  • Shut off exterior faucets

  • Add weatherstripping to doors & windows

  • Schedule a chimney cleaning & heating system maintenance

  • Change the direction of your ceiling fan to create an upward draft that redistributes warm air
